About
Robby’s roots as an audio engineer go way back to the fifth grade when he picked up a pair of drumsticks for the first time. After deciding that his love for music had to be more than a hobby, he earned his Bachelor of Music in Music Technology from Duquesne University. Then came his “real” education working as an audio engineer- first in Pittsburgh, as a house engineer at Audible Images Recording Studios, FOH and systems tech at Allegheny Center Alliance Church, and a monitor engineer at Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild, then moving to Seattle in 2016 where he now works as a freelance audio engineer and sound mixer for regional sound companies, local theaters, video production companies, and more. When he’s not working hard to capture and craft impeccable sonic experiences, you can find him running with his wife Kristi in the nearby Issaquah Alps or Alpine Lakes Wilderness.
